Chocolate Chicken Spagetti recipe
2 Tbs olive oil
2.5 oz gouda cheese freshly grated
5g La Signorina dark chocolate
10 crushed hazlenuts
300g stir fried chicken strips to taste
All purpose seasoning cube
minced parsley for garnish
Boil water for spaghetti and cook spaghetti ‘al dente’ or to your preference. When cooked, drain the pasta, rinse out excess starch under running tap water and shake off excess water.
In a frying pan, heat olive oil, add cooked pasta, Signorina dark chocolate, hazelnuts,seasoning cube, salt and chilli (optional) to taste. Toss the pasta for even distribution of everything.
Once sizzling hot, add to plate and garnish with chicken strips, parsley and cheese.
