Well hello there Sunshine! 🙂
So today I have decided to post something “non chocolate” related to spice things up a bit. As New Years Eve is coming up and the end of 2012 is upon us. Here is a very simple and impressive recipe for your new years eve guests! I like to call them “Wheels of Fortune”. This receipe was shared with me by my sister in Italy and I love how easy it is to make! In Italy we call these ” i Rotolli” , so lets bring some fortune into 2013 and work some magic into the new beginning.
You will need:
Bread Slices without crusts
and Salmon Slices
Line up your bread slices on a large chopping board slightly overlapping each other
With a rolling pin, flatten the slices paying extra attention to the overlapped parts
Once flattened, spread some philadelphia on the bread using a spatula. I love the silicone ones as they are very bendy and flexible 🙂
Add your Salmon slices
Here is the fun and magical part! Roll it up girl!
Once you’ve worked up your magic voodoo roll. Wrap your roll in cling film and place in fridge for about an hour.
Once in the fridge for an hour, slice your Wheels of Fortune into the new year! Happy 2013!!!
